Free Delivery from 200€
Delivery estimated in 3 business days (7 days for remote areas) by TNT/Fedex courier.
When the order is dispatched, the courier will send you an e-mail with the information to track the package and to arrange the delivery; if you know that you will not be at home on the scheduled delivery day, you can request to postpone the delivery or receive your order at a TNT Point.
No weekend deliveries.
Deliveries may be delayed during holiday and sale periods.
For multi-product orders the shipments may be arranged on different days and different dispatch centres.
FREE RETURNS
We offer one free return for each purchase.
Log in to your profile and fill in the return form in your order history within 14 days.
We will arrange the procedures for the pick-up by TNT / Fedex courier.
The courier or our customer service will provide you the return instructions within 3 working days from the registration of the return request.
Time limit for a return is extended to 30 days for purchases made in August and December.
SPEDIZIONI
Spedizione gratuita per ordini da 200€.
Consegna stimata in 3 giorni lavorativi. (7 giorni lavorativi per isole, Calabria e zone remote) con corriere TNT.
Quando l'ordine sarà spedito il corriere TNT le invierà un'email con le informazioni per tracciare il pacco e dare disposizioni per la consegna; Se sa di non essere a casa il giorno previsto del recapito potrà richiedere di posticiparlo, oppure di ricevere l'ordine presso un TNT Point.
Le consegne nel weekend non sono previste.
Durante le festività o nei periodi con maggiore volume di ordini (saldi, promozioni, ecc...) le consegne possono subire ritardi.
Per gli ordini contenenti più articoli le spedizioni potrebbero essere organizzate in giornate diverse e da diversi centri di spedizione.

È consentito un solo reso gratuito per ciascun ordine.
Accedere al proprio profilo e compilare il modulo di reso presente nello storico ordini entro 14 giorni.
Organizzeremo noi le procedure per il ritiro con corriere TNT / Fedex.Il corriere o il Servizio Clienti trasmetteranno i documenti di reso entro 3 giorni lavorativi a partire dalla registrazione della richiesta di reso.
Per gli ordini effettuati in Agosto e in Dicembre il tempo del reso è prolungato a 30 giorni.
